A Full Inspection thoroughly examines all exterior and interior surfaces and systems with a walk-through at the end, explaining any defective and marginal issues. All accessible areas; including roofs, crawl spaces and attics will be inspected. A full report, with photos will be sent to you later the same day.
Pre-offer inspections are done using the same detailed system and full photo-documentation as our full service inspections, only without the written report or warrantees. The client is provided with a full verbal debriefing outlining the present condition of the home at the end of the inspection. The report and warrantees can be added for only $100 more, if desired.
